Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach out to us for any return questions at tay@painttopixels.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is misspelled from what was submitted on the order form

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom Products: Such as special orders or personalized items.

  • Please ensure that the spelling is accurate before submitting your order for personalized items, as they cannot be refunded if they correspond to the name provided on the order form.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange an item for a similar item in a different design, please email tay@painttopixels.com. Please note: Personalized items cannot be exchanged, as these are final sale.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
